After a company came to assess my HVAC issues and quoted a price, I wanted a 2nd opinion. A friend recommended Allen’s HVAC, so I called and set up an appointment. Mr. Allen came over the next morning and gave his quote which was more reasonable. I should first back up and say that from the time Mr. Allen showed up, he exuded professionalism. He explained everything he was going to do and what to expect. We could instantly tell he knew his craft.
Mr. Allen returned at the agreed upon day and time and got right to work. It was a significant workload but he completed it quicker than I expected. He then tested the system and made sure everything ran well, patiently answering my questions while he let the HVAC run.
He treated me and my home with respect and care.
It’s been 2 months now and the air is running cooler than it has in 10 years and the problems we were constantly experiencing have not returned. I recommend Allen HVAC hands down.
