It’s rare to find a company that not only provides great service but is honest and straight forward.
I was without air conditioning for one week. My home owner’s company advised me that they could not have someone out to repair the unit for another week. After purchasing a portable unit that only provided minimum comfort, Allen’s HVAC was recommeded. Reginald came out the same day that I called and immediately assessed the situation. My unit was repaired within 45 minutes; much to my appreciation.
Reginald contacted me one week later and refunded me money as the part that was repaired was under warranty.
How many companies would have checked for warranty AND refunded the homeowner money?
