Allen’s HVAC has saved my family on many occasions, we work from home and there’s nothing worse than serving clients in a hot house, Reggie is punctual, reliable and efficient! Without a doubt he’s the man for the job, every appointment he’s setup outside my home early, preparing his equipment to start the job, you can depend on Reggie for his honesty, fairness and workmanship.

We had been dealing with heat issues. We called two other companies that came out and gave us made up issues. We got Mr. Allen’s information from the Goodmans company and he came out that day. He knew exactly what was wrong with our unit. No guessing at all. The issue was fixed in a matter of minutes. I highly recommend Mr. Allen’s company. He will be the only person we call for any of our HVAC issues.

Mr. Allen provides great service. He his very professional, honest, and fairly priced. Another HVAC contractor came to my house and told me I needed a brand new furnace. It would have been very expensive and my house was only about 6 years old! I couldn’t believe it! A friend gave me Mr. Allen’s info and he fixed it in a day with a very affordable rate. I’m a single mom and people try to take advantage of that and overcharge. But after that first service, I won’t call anyone else. He’s very reliable and I highly recommend him.

After a company came to assess my HVAC issues and quoted a price, I wanted a 2nd opinion. A friend recommended Allen’s HVAC, so I called and set up an appointment. Mr. Allen came over the next morning and gave his quote which was more reasonable. I should first back up and say that from the time Mr. Allen showed up, he exuded professionalism. He explained everything he was going to do and what to expect. We could instantly tell he knew his craft.

Mr. Allen returned at the agreed upon day and time and got right to work. It was a significant workload but he completed it quicker than I expected. He then tested the system and made sure everything ran well, patiently answering my questions while he let the HVAC run.
He treated me and my home with respect and care.

It’s been 2 months now and the air is running cooler than it has in 10 years and the problems we were constantly experiencing have not returned. I recommend Allen HVAC hands down.

I was without air conditioning for one week. My home owner’s company advised me that they could not have someone out to repair the unit for another week. After purchasing a portable unit that only provided minimum comfort, Allen’s HVAC was recommeded. Reginald came out the same day that I called and immediately assessed the situation. My unit was repaired within 45 minutes; much to my appreciation.

Reginald contacted me one week later and refunded me money as the part that was repaired was under warranty.

How many companies would have checked for warranty AND refunded the homeowner money?

I wish I could give Mr. Reggie 10 stars. We had a house full entertaining for my son’s graduation and my husband noticed the ac was not working.
