Allen’s HVAC Equipment Warranty

Before purchasing, be sure to download and read the Terms of this Agreement.

We offer a no hassle repair or replacement of your HVAC components or system, if your heating and cooling system is in good operating condition with no defects, such as Lack of maintenance, missing parts, freon leaks, improper installation, or improper wiring.

If you are unsure if your system has any of the above issues, I recommend that you have your HVAC system serviced by Allen’s HVAC Services or a Licensed Certified HVAC Technician of your choice before purchasing our No Hassle Repair or Replace HVAC Equipment Warranty.

If your system meets the above requirements, we will cover ALL repairs or replacement of any failed component or equipment that is not currently under the equipment manufacturer’s warranty.

Our No Hassle Repair or Replace HVAC Equipment Warranty goes into effect 90 days after the plan has been purchased. The plan is good for 1 year from the date it was purchased.

The cost to purchase the No Hassle Repair or Replace HVAC Equipment Warranty includes a one-time application fee, monthly protection fee and a service fee per claim.

When you file an on-line claim, one or our Technicians will be dispatched to your location, diagnose the problem and confirm coverage based on the warranty terms of agreement. We will repair or replace the failed component or failed HVAC system at no additional cost to you after the technician has diagnosed and confirmed the failure.

Application Fee (one-time only) – $49.99 (1 unit), $90.00 (2 units), or $120.00 (3 units)
Monthly Fee (Automatic Deduction) – $75.00 (1 unit), $112.50 (2 units), or $137.50 (3 units)
Service Fee Per Claim – $125.00 (Non-Refundable and payable on-line when requesting service)

Carrier Infinity and BOSH Units are not covered under this agreement.
