We had been dealing with heat issues. We called two other companies that came out and gave us made up issues. We got Mr. Allen’s information from the Goodmans company and he came out that day. He knew exactly what was wrong with our unit. No guessing at all. The issue was fixed in a matter of minutes. I highly recommend Mr. Allen’s company. He will be the only person we call for any of our HVAC issues.
