NEW WARRANTY CUSTOMERS: All new warranty customers MUST remit payment for the application fee for each HVAC unit to be covered AND subscribe to the monthly payments in two separate transactions. There is a grace period of 90-days from the date of purchased before coverage begins. The 90-day grace period is for first time purchasers only.
RENEWING CUSTOMERS: You need only re-subscribe to the monthly payments for any units that have been covered in the previous calendar year. You DO NOT need to pay any application fees.
