Preventive Maintenance
We offer ONLY one maintenance plan; we do not believe in offering several options. There should only be one goal in mind when it comes to the maintenance of your HVAC system. That goal is quality service and a thorough check of the system from A to Z.
Optional plans are based on what is covered, if you choose to pay a lesser fee, then your HVAC equipment will not be fully inspected, that should not be the goal of a maintenance plan.
The goal is to provide a thorough check to ensure that the HVAC system will be more efficient and last longer while at the same time providing quality comfort to you, the homeowner.

30+ Point Air Conditioning and Heating Inspection Twice a Year
- Check Systems Refrigerant Charge.
- Check Compressor Amperage.
- Check Condenser Fan Motor Amperage.
- Check Condenser Fan Motor Bearings
- Check Condenser Fan Motor Blade
- Check and Clean Condenser Coil
- Check Condensing Unit Temperature Split
- Check and Clean inside of Condensing Unit
- Check Capacitors
- Check Contactor Contacts
- Check Crankcase Heater (if applicable)
- Check Defrost Control Board (Heat Pumps Only)
- Check Blower Motor Amperage
- Check Blower Motor Fan Wheel and Clean
- Check All Wiring and Tighten All Connections
- Check and Clean Evaporator Drain Pan
- Add Algaecide Tables to Evaporator Drain Pan
- Brush and Clean Evaporator Coil if Accessible.
- Disinfect Evaporator Coil if Accessible.

With the TOP TIER MAINTENANCE PLAN, you will become a priority customer and receive preferential treatment over non-plan holders.
The total cost of the TOP TIER MANTENANCE PLAN is $375.00 per year. Add an additional system at the same location for $300.00 per year, and any system added after the second system will only cost $110.00 per equipment per year for coverage.
Allen’s HVAC Services will do everything in its power to contact the customer; however, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact Allen’s HVAC Services during the contract term to schedule an inspection before the heating and cooling season and during regular business hours, Monday through Saturday 8am-4pm.
